Equipment Composition and Function

The installation has been equipped with low-pressure bakelite foaming machine which features with precise metering and good durability. The material releasing machine equipped with magnetic particle tension device can evenly feed the layer material into the foaming mould and guarantee the smooth and flat product surface. The side block and adhesive tap circulation structure can make sure the lateral sealing and smooth mold release of foam products. The pressure-resistant dual truck slab machine system can implement continuous automatic production as well as fix the foam product firmly in the mold in order to guarantee the stable dimension of the final products. The rear transmission and cutting system can realize the synchronous cutting and is able to produce irregular-length product.

Control System Layout

The equipment is equipped with the following control elements according to the actual production demands and nearest control principle:
• Foaming machine control cabinet: controlling the material releasing;
• Laminating machine main control cabinet: controlling hydraulic lift;
• Superior and inferior chain panel movement, emergency stop button and other parameters;
• Cutting machine control cabinet: consisting of automatic cutting control, manual cutting control, etc.

The products produced by our bakelite foaming machineries and relevant technologies feature with flame retardancy in naked fire, no smoke, innocuity, no drippage, wide applicable temperature range, no shrinkage in low temperature circumstance, no embrittle, low conductivity factor, excellent thermal insulation property, specific water resistance and vapor penetration resistance. As the bakelite features with benzene ring, the dimension can keep stable, with variation rate less than 1％. Moreover, the stable chemical composition is resistant to corrosion and aging, especially to the corrosion of organic solution, strong acid and weak base. In accordance with the international ecological standard, the production technology doesn’t adopt chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) as vesicant. And the molecule structure contains hydrogen, oxygen and carbon which doesn’t emit any toxic, smelly or hazardous to human and circumstance in case of pyrolysis. Therefore, bakelite foam plate is an ideal ecological thermal insulation material for fire proofing, thermal insulation, energy saving and slinky appearance.

• Bakelite foam plate: 2000-4000 mm long, 1200 or 600mm wide, 20-100mm high;
• Thickness tolerance: ±1mm;
• Width tolerance: ±2mm;
• Length tolerance: ±2mm;
• Product diagonal tolerance: ±2mm;
• Some chain panel mark on the plate surface is admissible within height tolerance of ±1mm;
• The product surface is generally smooth, flat, well cut at the section.
